Free tracked shipping on every US order.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 7-14 business days after your order ships. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your winder is on its way.
Holiday gifts
During the holiday season, carriers can take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates, so for Christmas gifts we recommend ordering by December 5.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only.
Package not arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after shipping, contact us through our Contact page and we'll make it right – with a replacement or a full refund.
