We want you to love your Windwell winder. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-day returns
Changed your mind? You can return your winder within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return instructions and address. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective item
If your winder arrives damaged or doesn't work, contact us within 30 days with a photo or short video. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund – no need to pay for return shipping.
1-year warranty
Every Windwell winder is covered by a 1-year warranty against motor defects from the date of delivery. If the motor stops working under normal use, contact us and we'll replace your winder free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by drops, misuse or water.
